Canyon Road: Art that feeds the Soul

Santa Fe is well known as a destination for art – galleries, design centers, museums, hotels, and shops of all kinds grace our community, especially along Canyon Road.  Artists of all types have long expressed their impressions of life through pottery, sculpture, paintings, weaving, jewelry, metalcraft, leatherwork, architecture and more.

In our busy modern life, we can feel overloaded with daily images and ever-changing technology.  One way to “slow down” is to take the occasional time to enjoy our many pleasant surroundings – to simply walk, wander, sit and explore.  One place to do this is our own Canyon Road.   El Camino del Canon is more than a pretty road.  It is an ancient, original trail used by our Pueblo natives and Spanish settlers. Over time, locals and visitors from around the world continue to walk, shop, and dine on El Camino.

Canyon Road continues to offer a pleasant opportunity to relax and enjoy a quality experience.  Please join us for our Canyon Road Walk and discover how “art” makes ours a beautiful community in which to live.  Walks are offered on Fridays and by appointment.
